I don't spend as much, having a cash card means that I can monitor my spending/budget more.

I would never use a credit card at a mom & pop store, or similar retailers, unless I had no other option. I wouldn't want them to have to pay the transaction fee. So cash is my only option there--physical cash. No debit card. I typically use my credit card for larger purchases.
The circulation of physical cash is kind of fascinating to me, honestly. That's another reason I like to use cash more often than the typical person in my age group.
I believe Sweden is the most cashless country. They overwhelmingly use plastic.
I wouldn't like it. When money is tangible, you tend to avoid spending as much. Psychological research supports this conclusion.
I'm more reckless with cash actually. It's easy to forget about cash, but I hate looking at my Account Transactions and seeing all the "$4.95 - Pumpkin Spice Latte", it makes me feel so guilty. I haven't eaten out in weeks, feels good
