Sapporo, definitely. All the other climates have either too warm or too cold winters. Sapporo winters are perfect.

Dunedin for having the warmest winters and probably has less snowfall than Freiburg.

Voted for Montreal as I did not vote for Freiburg. The thing is that Freiburg data is from different time than the data of other places, I suspect it was cooler in most of places in 80ies than in 2010ies.
Thus the best for me would be Montreal, Dunedin-too oceanic, Sapporo-too snowy, Quebec-the second for me, similar to Montreal, but cooler.
