Well the summers seem like 2-3 degrees cooler than the NYC area. Overall the best "four season" climates would be a bit farther south, like in Nebraska and Iowa

I give to it a B+. It has nearly perfect winters (just a tiny little too mild), decent snowfall and precipitations. But sun hours are too high, more rain and snow would be better and in summer it seems a little bit too hot.
It'd be even better if winters were a little colder but it is still good enough to get an A from me. I gave it an A. It's a very good climate.
