Turned to rain for Southern New England. Northern New England was just too deep inside the cold and too far from the storm but I believe they will change over once the storm gets closer EXCEPT northern new England.
It would be interesting to see what the snow ratio was for Concord, NH. Over 0.30'' liquid equivalent with temperatures at or cooler than 12F.

Very Powdery as you said. Temperature often rises a bit when snow comes in if it's already cold, but not necessarily to freezing.

Raining for the CT Banana belt. Sleet for BDL. Ice elsewhere. Still snowing in MA except eastern MA

11:40am temps and a look at who's reporting what in the corner.

Jeez, I thought it'd warm up in northern New England . Still warmer there then yesterday ... You think your snow will survive Sunday? I'd guess gone by late morning.

Tough call. With sun, no wont survive. Clouds and 40s wont melt 4.5". Clouds and 50s would be close. Oh wait, we got rain coming too. yeah, gonna be close. Probably gone by Sunday night? We'll see. I'll keep my time lapse camera going actually. Should be fun to see how fast it melts.

I'm glad I shoveled because as I said, it was like cement at the end, and 4.5" would of taken too long to melt if it does.. Shovel before the changeover. I learned over the years

Yea, depends how long you're ok with not using your car. I'm street parked in NYC; drove down yesterday evening before the snow; hopefully will melt off Sunday afternoon and the roads will be clean. 61 forecast on Sunday here

Sidewalks were slippery in spots at 11; better now

Pivotal has that parameter. Obviously not as good as an actual ground OBS but should be close.

Here is NAM6z for 10am time. I had average of 8:1 ratio (Started at 12:1)

Looks like 18:1 ratios in NH. Higher for Northern Maine

This is for 4am when it was snowing here. It's showing 12:1! I gotta remember to check this more often. VERY COOL
