Curious who sees and hears Thundersnow tomorrow. I experienced it twice and its incredible.

And heres the path of the storm. Perfect exit off VA and perfect track to allow cold air over the area. Storm going Right over Benchmark area 40N/70W,.

NAM had it first. It did with previous blizzards as well. Guess the wet bias of that model comes true sometimes.

Holy crap, you're right Wunderground even had you in the high 80s today. That is just awful.

As for freezes, you did have a 33 F frost on the 27th, it seems.

Not a weather buff here but can anyone tell me why NYC area is forcasted to have so much snow? What in particular is driving that change? Usually we are at the low end of rain or snowstorm projections compared to Long Island, further north, east, or south.

Supposed to drop to 18°F tonight, but with the snowcover I'm expecting it to dip a little lower than that, hopefully I'm wrong, and hopefully it'll be the second and last time we see teens this winter. Lowest temp this season has been 16°F, and that's the only time we made it into the teens.
