Highass humidity year round, highass temperatures year round, freezing record lows, unstable, like who the hell would actually choose to live there

The problem of Central South America is that instability in late Autumn/Winter,they can go for 30C to 5C in one day to other.

Not enough weather thread traffic on SSC. I kind of got bored with that forum.
My situation is exactly the opposite: here on city-data it's excessively busy for me, the thread flow is so fast, which requires constant monitoring to discuss. That's hard for me right now, as I'm still continuing my research that takes a lot of energy. Therefore, the slow old ssc thread is still more suitable for me and that's where I'm trying to contribute.

Anyway, I hope you're looking into there, as it doesn't require big effort.

And, some topics of common interest are still pending about the Chicago-Warsaw thing, time will come some day for me to address them.

Snow cover over Siberia in October is a strong indicator as to how winter will play out over the Northern Hemisphere.... Snow cover was low last winter over Siberia, plus there was an El Nino. If you don't like cold and snow, you probably aren't going to like this upcoming winter
