I'm not really sure about my area. I don't think the record highs in the warmer months (May-September) are going anywhere anytime soon. Possibly the cold records in the spring, it came close to breaking the cold record for May in 2013 (although I didn't live here then). Other than that, I can't really think of anything. Most of the records here are fairly solid.

The record high for Nashville, TN is 85 F / 29 C, at least until Tuesday afternoon. Wunderground is saying we'll hit 89 F / 32 C. NWS is a bit more conservative, but still says we'll get our first 30 C in November with 86 F / 30 C. I hope it breaks the record, because it's already bloody hot as it is for this time of year. What difference does 84 make vs 86-89?

It's possible but relatively unlikely we'll break our latest 90 F record, just set on October 19.

Bowling Green, KY has hit 88 F / 31 C in November, so it's possible Nov. 1, 2016 could break that record, but not that likely. Wunderground says 87 F / 31 C for November 1.

Liking those Lexington sunrise times. That's why middle TN needs to be on Eastern Time.

Bowling Green's record highs are surprisingly extreme.

If it's very humid, yes.

Except Halloween is today and the high is forecast to be 70 F there.

There is a lag in the room temperature responding to outdoor conditions. The AC was still coming on last night. I've never used AC on October 30 or November 1, either.
