Forks is slightly better because it is relatively dry in the summer compared to the winter. Forks also fits my need of a possible heatwave during the summer and snow during the winter better than EotSS. They both are trash though.

Home country is London,its far too hot in the summer,baking hot the nearer the centre you are.The nights stay in the mid 60s/early 70s fairly often as well.In the winter its just dull and humid.
Of anywhere ive ever been Managua,capital of Nicaragua is like an oven.if anyone is going there my advice is to practice what you are going to get by standing in your kitchen with the oven full blast and the oven door open.Then double it.I genuinely had a nice time there but the heat was too much.
