I think Warszawa may well have missed out on the existence of several smaller Swedish places Hudiksvall is way better than Sundsvall's inland airport, Härnösand is certainly also nicer especially in winter. I was tempted to go with Falun for 56-60 due to its real winters, but on the other hand, Örebro has better shoulder seasons.

Edited my list a bit thanks to the Swedish suggestions I'm surprised that Malmo/Lund are that warm in the summer! Also surprised that Sweden extends all the way down to 54 latitude, I thought it was always significantly farther north than England

Well, Smygehuk (the southermost point) is at 55.0 something but no climate at 54 N is better than Lund

All of my favorite climates are between 30 and 40 latitude so it'd be pointless to do a list for that lol. North of 40 it starts to get interesting cause the Mediterranean causes so many very warm microclimates on the coasts
