So last week it was pretty chilly, but most importantly it was windy. It sucks for being outside, but I do like the way wind sculptures snow.
Now today there has come even more snow . Over 10 cm...
This bicycle roof doesn't seem to wanna keep the snow either .
How much snow do you actually have/what's normal for this time of year? You seem to have a lot considering you got off to a really late start and had a really warm spell a couple of weeks ago.

It's about 30 cm in the city right now, and about 40 cm in Tavelsjö 20 miles inland. Thing is the snow was pretty close to melting away in February, but then it started snowing again. A total of about a meter or more of snow has been forecast since then which is absurd, and we're lucky to only have got about a third of it... March is the month with the thickest average snow cover, although in recent years March has also been the month where all the snow has melted away. Right now we have a pretty average snow depth for being the beginning of March. Before the 2010's though, snow would usually even linger into April, and somewhere in March the snow depth would often be about 50-80cm.
Yup. It's one of a couple of snow dumps around the city. As the snow melts you're just left with the other crap that does not melt. (There's still snow under there - it's not just a huge pile of crap.)
The piles were quite a bit higher not that long ago, but we had quite a bit of rain and mild temperatures over the last week.
Where do they put the crap that remains after summer? In a landfill? I assume it could be considered as kinda toxic waste, with all the salt, motor oil and whatnot.

Yes they are treated like toxic waste sites under the supervision of the Ministry of the Environment.
The piles that are left once the snow melts are surprisingly flat though.
