Well, sort of - they should be similar in different months. So Dubai has average highs in 24C in January and Stockholm has average highs of 23C in July, so they could both be part of this trip, even though they obviously have drastically different climates overall.

There. Living in these locations you have practically the same temperatures and rather uniform rainfall all year. All within Europe and the longest flight is from Corfu to Porto.

In the US, you could spend springtime in Mobile, summers in Miami, fall somewhere in SE Alaska, say Ketchikan, and winter in Forks, Washington. Should guarantee a consistently damp environment.
