B+ for me too. Not really into the dry summer thing, but this is bordering on perfect.

Summers are way, way too dry and requires a jacket almost every evening. Daytime summer temps are far superior to San Francisco though. Winters are too cloudy and much of the rain falls in prolonged drizzle or the lighter variety. Thunderstorms are non-existent and handsome warm rain is impossible.
