This Texan loves it. Love the change it brings, how beautiful it is, how peaceful it makes an area with over 5 million people feel as it falls and while it's on the ground.

Anyone else?

Me too, as long as I don't have to go anywhere. I also like how it looks with the sun shining on it afterward.

Same here. Living in a place without snow would be boring to me.

Only if it fully commits. There's nothing worse than half-hearted snow that quickly turns into slush.

I know what you mean. Now that being said, the after math of a 20 inch storm can be ugly and messy. But being indoors, drinking something warm, watching the snow fall, incredibly peaceful, especially during the holidays.

I love snow when it first falls. Falling snow is very pretty, and I love all the snow-coated trees and the soft snow everywhere after a fall and the sun shining on it. It also allows for fun activities such as skiing or snowboarding or snowball fights or sledding.

However, I hate when the snow stays on the ground a long time and turns into slush, icy brown lumps, and gets discolored or huge brown piles lying around. Also, I hate how cars and traffic turn all the snow into ugly slush.

So, it would be perfect for me if the snow fell, melted quickly and then fell again and melted quickly etc.

This sounds about right.
