You're only allowed to create two climate battles a month. Please keep that in mind.

Zabljak is too cold and snowy. Palic is too hot in summer. Bitola and Pristina are good, but a little drier than I like. Murska Sobota has the perfect climate.

Out of these, I'll take Bitola. It's the sunniest and has lower dewpoints in summer than Palic. Although, if I were to choose out of all the former Jugoslavian places, I'd probably pick Dubrovnik, Croatia or somewhere along the Montenegro coast.

Bar, coastal city in Montenegro has good climate https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bar,_Montenegro#Climate , but of the all cities on the Adriatic coats, in my opinion the best climate has Rijeka https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rijeka#Climate
