I would say Lima because the record highs are not that high.

San Diego because of the low rainfall, constant sea breezes, milder winters than the Azores, no tropical month and so forth!

Lahaina: too hot
Azores: blergh. Too rainy, too low sunshine, just 5 months with maximums above 20C? No thanks!
Lima: 1300h of sunshine? Next
San Diego: Very good, and 3000h sunshine hours. I go for this one
Durban: I like it but it's too rainy for me.

Too bad that Las Palmas de Gran Canaria is not on that list. One of the best climates in the world for comfort and to me is the best.

Lima, if we're talking objectively comfortable by temperatures. People mentioning things like sunshine hours and rain might realise that these things have no relevance in relation to the context of the question.

It's quasi-equatorial in terms of humidity and sun angle though. If the sun comes out in summer, it's going to feel pretty brutal rather soon, especially considering a sunny summer day is likely to render 27C immediately and perhaps 28C. With 82 % humidity and at 12S then the body doesn't do so well!
