I'd say oreographic lift because of the mountains south of the sea is the reason for all the cloudyness.

B. Add 3-4c to the winter means and it would be an A.

Seasonal lag is strong with this one. Almost no difference between March and January at all

D. Precipitation pattern is great like in most of Turkey, but both winters and summers are too warm.

C-. Winters are fairly mild, similar to the mildest parts of the UK, but not mild enough for me. Summer temperatures are decent though which stopped it getting a D, though sunshine could do with being a bit higher...

PROS: The temperature of the summers is good and the summers are somewhat dry. I would like to know the humidity to get a full picture though.

CONS: It's too cloudy and the temperature in the winters are in that zone that I don't like. They're too cold to do too much outside comfortably most of the time but they're too warm for significant snow.

I'll give it a C+

It's far from my favorite climate in Turkey (and the world) Hakkari: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hakk%C3%A2ri#Climate

Nice. Although I'm not sure I'd ever visit, simply due to its geographic location. A little too close to a very unstable part of the world for my liking.
