Got greeted with 90 F with a 72 F dew point , ironically it was also 90 F in Berlin yesterday but was a much drier heat with a much less intense sun angle, plus it cooled off much more at night there. Was in the lower 60s this morning as I was leaving.
Been worried about you Alex, did some chav steal your phone in a street brawl?

Nah, I wouldn't let that happen.

I actually didn't have WiFi for about 8 straight days.

Euro00z data for Hartford.... An 850mb airmass in the 30s....twice.. in June?

Saturday and again mid week. Normal is 9°C (48F) for Albany.

Meanwhile, check out for Philly. There's going to be some crazy gradients setting up for early June. Gees. And note the 0.00" rain there vs wet in Hartford..

When I was Berlin I though it cooled off slower than home in a heat wave because the days are so long. Dew points weren't that low went into the mid to upper 60s at the end of the heat wave. Did the lack of A/C bother you there? I wouldn't have expected it would since I live without A/C, but the lack of A/C in any store or public building, bothered me no escape. Though if it had been high 80s and dry it would have been tolerable. Also used to getting free water anywhere I ate out, in Berlin they had tiny glasses you had to pay for it. Unhealthy design, IMO.

Where'd you go in Berlin? What'd you see and do? Who did you do? Were you traveling by yourself?
