4th July here is historically the coolest and wettest day in July. Almost every year, this is the worst day in July.

The first week of June is typically the worst week of the summer, but it had still seen 30c+ on every day. The record for 13th June is only 28c, which is 2-3c cooler than the next coolest summer day.

It's the opposite here. Sometimes when the sky has more sun than clouds, it says mostly cloudy.
