For example I want to make a climate data of a district in Turkey. I want to know average high and average low temperature in January.

I will note record highs and record lows of all 31 days of January in 2018 from meteorological service. How accurete would it be to make average high and average low in January, using highs and lows of only 1 year's January? 31 days of 2018 January.

I will average all highs of 31 days of January and make average high. I will average all lows of 31 days of January and make average low. What do you think about making climate data using one year's highs and lows? Do you say it is accurate or not?

10 years using 29 day averages per day (14 days before to 14 days after the given day) is generally enough

My limit is 12-13 years or something like that. Anything below that and it's just weather.

Okay. I'll start with a place that has climate data ( my city) in this April. Let's see the difference. I will post the result here after April is over. Let's begin with a place that has climate data and see the difference.

Let's compare 2017 April's average high and low with General average high and low of April ( 1950 to 2015). Let's see how much difference will be. I wonder the difference. Probably a little warmer. The opposite of it is quite out of question. Is it global warming? I don't know.
