Wow! I know Renmark is no Darwin, but that's rather pathetic.
80% chance today here, let's see if our luck continues.
Last year we had 14 storm days so it's not always this bad. Storms when they happen can be surprisingly spectacular here, both in terms of cloud structure and lightning activity. Compared to what I've seen in Melbourne it's chalk and cheese. The extra heating and freedom from maritime influences like seabreezes and low level cloud etc really shows.
