I have been to humid places and adjusted my attire appropriately. Those countries also have air conditioning, all I have in a glass room is a fan!

But it isn't that warm today & a 14C dewpoint isn't very humid either...

I'm just not sure the 14'C dew points are what's messed up.

14'C is in no way noticeable, except your skin won't dry out in seconds like in our winters.
