So you are saying that your official Met office is not accurate? Where do you go then for official data?
The Met Office don't record it, Defra do.

I just looked up a random pair of dates from last summer (28, 29 July) and UV indexes are 7 and 7.5.

London only has data back to 2013.

Ok I'll take your word for it. Average peak UV of 7 in late June and July

Accuweather's extended forecast has us well below average until the end of July at least. They think the highest temperature we will get up to 26th July will be........ 24c.

I'd go to Bermuda. Anytime life allows me to travel, Id do it. Besides, Bermuda has a magisterial climate
