As others have said, this is a common precipitation pattern for the South Plains (i.e. Oklahoma and inland areas of Texas). Areas of the mid South also see this.

Outside of the US, one city I can think of that has this is Barcelona.

I live in one such place. The precip max extends into June, but it's the same sort of thing.

Valencia almost, the Autumn is definetly the wettest season, and the Spring is as humid as the Winter, but if you count the Autumn until 21th of December (Winter solstice) then the Spring would be the 2nd wetter by a very few.

Locarno

Very similar to Lyon, with twice the rainfall due to orographic precipitations, and probably more t-storms, with sunnier winters. I really like this climate.

There are several places in Argentina where twon peaks of precipitation occur during both spring and autumn, albeit not as elegantly distributed as in the likes of Lyon and Bologna:

Neuquén - March and October are the wettest months

Paso de los Libres - April, March and October are the wettest months

La_Plata - March and October are the wettest months

Across the world, this is particularly great: Nairobi
However, it's an equatorial located at 1ºS, so the calendar autumn and spring are the times where the sun is highest in the sky. Nevertheless, it's interesting to see how intense are both wet seasons and both dry seasons.
