"Temperate Oceanic" Koppen

D. It's liveable and has some seasonability. Not much else to praise.

D-: The winters are far too warm and the summers are too cool. The sunshine is very poor as well.

Really?

I would perfectly go there 3 months in a year with a t-shirt and shorts, 6 months with a t-shirt or shorts alone.

Actually in northern Europe with quite lower avg high temperatures the people use shorts and t-shirts, Santander gets many days in the 25-26ºC with some exceptional +30ºC, although the August average itself is 24.2ºC and unless in the rainy days the normal highs are at least of 25ºC, combined with the sun which warms quite much, and lows +16ºC in both July and August do you find too cool for a t-shirt and shorts?

I suppose it's personal preferences, I guess. Here in Altea I start walking in shorts on a normal basis by early March until mid or late November, late November if it's a dry November, in a rainy day after November 14-15th it's pretty crazy to walk in shorts. Although even in January and February many days I walk in shorts if they are sunny and have high temps above 18ºC in the central day or the afternoon. In Rotterdam for get 18-19ºC days in a row I had to wait until June... I prefer shorts over a t-shirt but you can be in t-shirt and some large pants, but I prefer to wear a light sweater or a light jersey and shorts.

What you guys think about this one?

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pontevedra#Climate

It's a warmer summer version of Santander, but at the same time as rainy as Santander and with 600h more sunshine hours per year.

Do you prefer the temperatures of Pontevedra or the ones of Santander?

Well it's a big pro for Pontevedra those additional 600h sunshine hours per year!

Santander is better because of the more moderate summers. With those humidity figures every degree lower is an important one.
