Reason: Used the warmest months from 1981-2010
Bradley International Airport(Hartford, CT) | 89.2/31.7 | July 1966 Bridgeport Sikorsky Airport(Bridgeport, CT) | 86.5/30.2 | July 2010 Central Park(New York, NY) | 90.6/32.5 | July 1966 LaGuardia Airport(New York, NY) | 90.6/32.5 | July 2010 Newark International Airport(Newark, NJ) | 92.5/33.6 | July 2011
Another misreader! It's the average high of a month's normals
That's for Nelson, which has Jan/Feb both at 22.4C. Nelson has cooler maximums and warmer minimums for every month, as well as about 500mm less rain.
Sun hours in the Wiki box are wrong, and rain days are out by 40 days as well.
Hmm, That's a lot of climate change for New Zealand. 61-90 average was only 23.2 in February. I wouldn't have expected a 0.6'C average high increase from that part of the world, considering southern UK and France hasn't really had much temperature change in summer high that I know of.

Are you looking at Brooklyn? That would be the official station if there was one -there are several stations running now, but I don't think any are official
The 23.9C figure came from figures used in the local newspaper weather section, until 4-5 years ago. I will look at Niwa's database back until 2001, and work out an average
