Quebec City is colder in winter. Muş is hotter in Summer.

Both cities are very continental. Winter and Summer temperature difference is a lot in Both cities. I am a cold lover, so I choose Quebec City. Quebec City has great winters.

I vote for Quebec City for the cooler summers.

Summers in Muş are too hot for me.

Same for me. Summers are just a bit too hot.

Interesting that it still has a mean annual temp below 10C (below 50F)
even with those hot summers.

Both are terrible:

Muş is very cold in the winter, and too hot, dry and sunny in the summer.
Quebec City has a good precipitation and summers are not too bad but those winters are uncomfortably cold, the average low in January has the same temperature of a freezer (0 °F; -17.8 °C). It doesn't feel pleasant at all to me. I don't understand why people care to feel the frigid air while walking in the streets, but, those are tastes, so it's fine.

I prefer Quebec City because of the summers: they are cooler, wetter, less sunny and with many more rainy days.

Mus for the hotter summers and for being dryer and sunnier.

Mus. No explanation needed.

The Canadian humidex readings are plain BS anyway, just like the BOM's "fells like" temps in high heat and low humidity, e.g. 35C feels like 22C.

Damn, Mus looks like a perfect place for the most hardcore 4-season lovers amongst us. Some of the most clear cut seasons I've ever seen in a climate.

Quebec City. Two months of 30'C+ afternnons and blazing sun is just plain horrible.
