F, horrid. Not quite sure I believe those winter diurnal averages either, but I suppose it's not out of the question considering the thin atmosphere at that altitude.
What is more strange is that highs stay the same during the year but lows change. What an odd climate.
How much do you rate it though? Really curious, since you like cold climates. Is it good enough for you?
