It gets a C- from me. I kind of like the insanely wet and stormy summers and snowy winters, but the winters are too short (May and September are way too warm for how cold July is) also, April and October are too warm. It's also too sunny for my tastes (about 40-50% possible sunshine is my ideal, this looks to be about 60-61%). Make April, May and September/October like 10 C colder, with about 700 less sunshine hours, and this is a B+ for me.
