Junsele is pretty nice by Scandinavian standards. A climate that's easily tolerable. My favorite Scandinavian climate will always be Kuusamo though or one of those far northern Swedish towns with average lows around -22 or -23 C in January, or Karasjok. Basically, the colder the better for Scandinavia since nowhere has summers to my liking.

About mid-1600h for Junsele, 2100 for Holmön and 1500 for Trondheim

Trondheim is far too wet. Easily last.

Junsele has much warmer springs than Holmon, warmer summers, and is more variable. Easy winner.

Holmon for me. The extra sunshine cancels out Trondheim's warmer winters.

I guess I have to point out that the 2100h sun figured isn't actually measured, and is an extrapolation of what its 2002-2016 data probably would look like. Visby averages roughly 2100h, and Holmön is said to be the sunniest in Sweden. It should most definitely be at least 2000h though as every island on the east coast seems to average atleast 2050h for that period
