Junsele is pretty nice by Scandinavian standards. A climate that's easily tolerable. My favorite Scandinavian climate will always be Kuusamo though or one of those far northern Swedish towns with average lows around -22 or -23 C in January, or Karasjok. Basically, the colder the better for Scandinavia since nowhere has summers to my liking.
would have gone for Holmon - 2100 ,wow - that must be the sunniest location in entire Scandinavia ?
I guess I have to point out that the 2100h sun figured isn't actually measured, and is an extrapolation of what its 2002-2016 data probably would look like. Visby averages roughly 2100h, and Holmön is said to be the sunniest in Sweden. It should most definitely be at least 2000h though as every island on the east coast seems to average atleast 2050h for that period
