It's a repeated mistake by Wunderground, my app says 6 cm.

Real cold is coming. It is very likely that this isn't Seattle's second winter in recorded history with zero snow. There is also a somewhat likely chance of Seattle recording it's first subfreezing high in nearly five years.

This January has been very nice with significantly above-average temps and decent sunshine. It never felt really cold. Only 2 freezes occurred in January along with another 2 freezes in December.

Weather Online says a high of 14 with a low of 13 on Monday 11th, which is exceptionally mild and near record breaking at night.
