Hawaii aside, Miami area has the warmest weather during winter. It is also dry or I should better say dryer than the rest of the year. But is it really better than San Diego or Phoenix or other similar cities? What city has the ideal warm winter for you and what other factors besides temperature make the weather in that specific location better?

Why do you make the assumption everybody likes warm winters?

Anyways, as atsizat said, I don't like warm winters. Warmest acceptable winters for me would be somewhere like St. Louis or Cincy. For someone who likes warm winters and dryness and doesn't wanna go to Hawaii, Miami is obviously the better option. Key West is even better.

Same as atsizat - wouldn't like a consistently warm winter - or even a very mild one where the summers are also hot .

For USA ,somewhere like Charlotte N/Car , would be my warm limit east coast - Santa Cruz ,N/Cal the west coast limit (cool summer)

I prefer the mild to warm winter weather of the mid or Deep South over the almost Sub Arctic winters of Central Indiana
