You can find fantastic med climates in Italy as well so I don't understand why you think it's so bad? Reggio Calabria, Cagliari, Naples etc?

Italy for the cool winter climates in the north (well cooler than anything expect very high elevations in Spain).

Lots of bickering why can't we talk about why the climate is better rather than throwing insults around?

I think in particular Trieste is an interesting climate that is not matched in Spain. Warm summers and cool winters with strong rainfall year round.
