Not sure about the classification of 3 to 5, they all have huge drawbacks (too much rain and clouds in Olympia, no seasonality in Oakland and Orlando being too hot and humid for too long, albeit being ok for being in Florida)
1. Orlando
2. Oklahoma City
3. Oakland
4. Omaha
5. Olympia
Orlando is by far the best of the bunch. Oklahoma City is decent (high tornado risk aside). Oakland is alright but boring. Omaha is far too cold on the winter, but summers are very nice. Olympia is too cool and damp overall.
1) Omaha. Hotter, drier version of here. Gets snow.
2) Olympia. Great summers, but a lot of rain in winter. Can get snow.
3) Oakland. Comfortable and boring, no winter.
4) Oklahoma city. Too hot in summer, but decent the rest of the year.
5) Orlando. Too hot for most of the year.
