Rank these U.S. cities based on WINTER climate alone (only consider the months December, January, and February) and IGNORE the rest o the year. Take into account both averages, records, snowfall, sunshine hours, sun angle, and any other factors that effect the climate of winter months. IGNORE other aspects of the city such as economy, crime, cost of living, etc and only focus on sensible weather Also vote for your favorite.
I won't take sunshine into account. That form of measurement is way too incongruous for me to use it for any sort of strong judgement, unless we talk obvious differences (say, Seattle vs Miami). With that in mind, here are my rankings:
Miami is a tad bit warm for my tastes, but I'm choosing it just for the combination of cold-snap security, along with warm temps.
On the other hand, New Orleans has too cool of winter averages and too much threat of cold-snaps for my liking. But, it still affords plentiful days of warm temps. There also is too high rainfall for my liking, but luckily, the average frequency isn't excessive. It comes in second.
While San Francisco is indeed frostless on average (unlike New Orleans), it also is just too cool for my liking on average, and not much abundance of warm temps either. Too much rain, both frequency and totals. It's third.
The rest I won't bother with, they suck. Their positives are too small to make up for their negatives (Seattle), or they have no positives whatsoever (i.e. Chicago).
Might want to rank Seattle lower since it has very cloudy winters and I think he hate long stretches of gloomy weather? Nitpick San Francisco's average is more like 58/47 if you go by city station rather than the airport, which has a bit less oceanic influence.

I think he should flip Seattle and Oklahoma City...OKC is much sunnier and has some
winter snow storms that Cambium would like.
