Do they give you special clothing? I would think you would die and your face would get instantly frostbitten at -110C
If you look into Cryotherapy you do not wear any clothes other than socks. But your head is not in the chamber. Not sure if the "Cold Room" does something similar to protect the feet and head.
There is nothing wrong with -110C on the body IF its done within 3 minutes. Its therapeutic guys
Have the therapeutic benefits been listed on the thread...? (have not read all)
If not, what are they?

Nope. You wear a short and you are topless.
Since you have your shoes in your feet, your feet are not naked. You also wear gloves and put on 2 light things in your face to protect your ears, nose and mouth. Other than that, you are complately naked in there.
I would say it is a question of how long you stay.
I stayed for 40 seconds at -110*C. I wish I stayed a little longer, though. My heart beated too fast and I got afraid of the way my heart was beating. It was beating so crazy as if I was running. It made me scared.
There are 2 rooms. First room was at -56*C. Second room was at -110*C.
Everything was okay till I entered the second room. When I turned back to -56*C from -110*C, I just felt relax and comfortable. After being at -110*C, I just felt at home at -56*C. -110*C was so scary considering how crazy my heart was beating inside.
If somebody had locked me in there ( at -110*C), I think I would have had an heart attack before freezing.
I was actually speaking of boiling 110C. You would need extra gear for that (would you try it?).

Not MINUS 110.
I say it is a question of how long you stay in. I know what you are speaking of.
I don't think I can find any sauna at 110*C here. Normal Saunas are at cooler temperatures.
