Most of Metro Vancouver hit 20-21C today after dipping to ~1/2C this morning. The airport (which is right next to the water) was much cooler at only 12C due to a persistent NW wind.
Did you not see the red dots along the FL Panhandle?
Panahandle is like another world compared to where i am and in south FL. Most of the upper level energy dies off once you get about 50 miles south of the Panhandle randle.
You just as well be on another planet when you compare winter to north FL to cent or south FL.
