The smoke was bad here and it made it more humid because it blocked the air from leaving.

I'm going to say a B-. The chilly temperatures and snow in winter bring the grade down. For the rainfall pattern I'm fine with this.

Both C- for me - not great climates, but wet enough and cold enough during winter to ensure fantastic skiing close by, and a summer that is reliably warm and sunny.
