So..

Scotland broke its February record on Thursday..
Wales broke its February record two days in a row..
And today both the England and UK records fell..

Definitely an exceptional spell of weather. And tomorrow could break it yet again. 70F is very much possible.

20.6C recorded in mid Wales today, under clear blue skies. New UK record and the first time 20C has been recorded during a UK winter.

Turns out that Trawsgoed also holds the UK record for November, 22.4C in 2015. Clearly it's a Foehn hotspot.

Yeah , London is roughly at 29 for today so southern coast might be close. My winter soslitice angle is low 30s and that feels nice on warm winter days in the 70s and 60s . Enjoy this late spring summery type weather spell!

It was not hot

It was warm and felt pleasant after winter cold. It is still far from my ideal temperatures though

It was hot in Trawsgoed, but not in London. These are my ideal temps, even for summer.
