Buxton's had 11mm of rain this month so far and Sheffield has had three times that much at 33mm so far. Been quite a few drizzly periods in the last 4-5 days.

Beautiful deep blue sky today and not a cloud to be seen - it's 21C with a dew point of 4C.

The lack of rain is becoming very apparent as the grass is turning yellow, especially verges which are totally yellow in places.

we reached 32c yesterday. Next few days should be cooler / drier.

Here also minimum was 8c , but maximum was 22c.
