Don't know why you keep thinking everyone is gonna get colder and get more rain. You told me i would have a wet summer and so far it could be the driest ever.

I've learned most people around here say "Summer wasnt bad" when there arent a lot of 90s and dews arent above 67 for long periods of time.

Like this week all 80s but its not super humid. "Not Bad for summer!"

Seems more common recent yrs summer's havent been "bad". Lets keep that trend going!!

Here in the ozarks of north AR, we are so dry. Our farmers are crying for help. Hay fields are dying and some never even made the first cut yet. There have been some spotty t-storms on some days but they are so isolated so many areas haven't had rain in weeks. We had some decent chances for this weekend but not those chances reduced from 60% to 20%.

Temp wise, it's been fairly typical for July. High today is 88. I'm counting the days till fall.

But they are bad for my area. Always hot and 70f+ dew points and little rain. Rained heavy 2 days in a row just 2 miles east of me. It will just not rain on the coast with a reverse west windflow.

Okay breeze(Google says 5, but it feels stronger)

Well looks like thats it... july wants to be below average thanks to a retarded northeasterly easterly wind... so much for a great summer after the worst winter ever...

Interesting month so far. Mid Atlantic and Southeast are Normal/Below normal while Northeast remains above normal.
