Was a warm weekend here, probably top 5 warmest on record.

37C Saturday 14C dewpoint
38C Sunday 20C dewpoint

Wonder where they average that (a day like Sunday) everyday in the summer, west-central Texas?

Had some kind of strange blow up during the nite as thunder woke me up at 130am. Got 1.5" of rain.

I hate 88 to 92 with my dew points. If i never saw a 82 or higher it would be too soon.

Status Quo again today. Chance of downpours, flooding, storms, warm and humid.

Check out current radar. Want to know how heavy the rain is falling under there? Flash Flood Warnings issued along the entire line. slow moving and pretty much moving south to north. I saw some reports of 2-3" of rain that fell past couple hours.

Upper height pattern this weekend. Typical summer stuff.

GFS fantasy range end of August. Boy I miss those blues and deep troughs. #NotHappeningYet

Weather today in middle Tennessee is almost boring. High around 82° with sunshine and calm winds. Is it really mid August?

Waves of rain coming off the Atlantic and Sound. Imagine if it was.....nevermind.

Temps in the 70s region wide from Philly to Maine. Mid 80s in Montreal and Burlington due to the sun there attm.

Another 0.74" today and still raining. Going over 4" for the month now.

Storms are firing up all around me. Looks like I might get smashed with flash flooding for the 364859th time this summer. 15.90" since June 13th. At least it's not hot outside

Geez look Northeast of Pittsburgh where I'm at. The last quarter of that loop is crazy

Those small moving storms are packing a punch. Saw hail reports, wind damage and flooding. One weakens another develops and blows up.

Break time here now. No rain but still overcast.
