We paid the price today for a cool August. It was hot and steamy as in steamed lobsters on the sidewalk.

Heavy rain just offshore from me and none will make it to my house as the TS pulls away.

Amusing mate "nothing will get here" 12 hours later "0.6 inches got here but i'm still disappointed" benefit of hindsight.

Much less rain today thanks to the TS and sinking air aloft. I needed a day or two dry out anyways. Rainy season has about 2 more weeks left for me.

Remnants of Gordon are headed our way. Gone are the 90s of the last few days. Tomorrow and Saturday we may struggle to get out of the 60s with thick clouds and heavy rain. They're saying anywhere from 2-6 inches of rain across central Indiana between now and Sunday night.
