When it is summer yes I do because it makes sense for it to be hot during the summer and vice versa for winter. I like hot averages part of the spring and the whole summer because I want to wear short sleeves the entire summer.

I prefer temps in the 20° to 30°C range most, but outside of that range, I prefer above 30° to below 20°. I don't like being cold and prefer wearing shorts and a t-shirt to having to bundle up in winter gear. I especially dislike temps below 5°C. Though when it gets above 42°C is where I draw the line on heat. That generally happens about 30 days per year here.

I prefer 10 to 20C[50-70F]. I think that's appropriate for a light jacket, on the higher end T-shirt.
Above that I start sweating, turn on the AC. I don't really enjoy hot weather. Some people just like the warmth though.

I am a cold weather person but I can appreciate hot weather between May and September. Hot meaning between 80-100 with humidity to boot. What I like about hot weather is swimming, drinking beer outside, taking naps on the front porch (though I can do this in the high 50s too so it doesn't need to be hot) going boating, going fishing, camping, bike riding, being out in the garden, going out to a water park, enjoying a fruity drink like a daiquiri or pina colada and grillin' outside.

I just don't care for constant oppressive heat (I like average highs in the 80s as opposed to 90s), mosquitoes, fire ants, mowing the lawn in the heat, and I don't like not having AC in a car. I do love thunderstorms that come from hot humid days, though.

I like hot days with cool nights. The feeling you get when a cold gust hits you after a long hot day is an amazing feeling
Come visit out west to experience it.

Hot day with a hot night is gross[unless you're in water] Humid nights are even grosser

Do people like hot weather? I hear as much whining about it here as I hear about cold weather. I think the majority view is that there's a sweet spot - upper 70s/lower 80s with low humidity - and everything above and below is to be complained about in some form.

Anything over 80 is too much for me. I was in the hospital in my early 30's 2 times one summer for heat exhaustion. Mid 90's and humidity. Doesn't matter how much i drink either. Heat just sucks!!! I can always dress warmer but I can only take so many clothes off.

I like my summers hot and I like my winters cold. I guess I don't like monotony.
