If El Nino starts to become weaker and more neutral and Atlantic remains warm then could be a busy late hurricane season. If El Nino strengthens then an average or below average season possible as stronger El Nino's typically suppress Atlantic hurricane activity.

There is no El Nino now to speak of so there sure as heck won't be one this summer.
