That's all people are saying around here and it's been the typical thing past few yrs. Bunch of us here were even wondering as well back in August & September... #NoFall Sure enough... It's happening again. 1 month of Spring. 1 month of Fall. Extended Winters and Extended Summers.

I been using the wood stove more than usual and just 3 weeks ago we needed A/C and people were complaining about the heat and humidity.

Why did I jinx things? GFS went East and so more cold air is around. WE DO NOT WANT THIS YET! Leaves still on the trees. #Oct2011Repeat

Watch it come from the Gulf and come up the coast

And for those not sure, this is why this storm is happening... Jet Stream digging all the way down and the flow supports the storm coming up the coast since the right axis is off the coast.. And because there's cold air inside the trough, hence the snow possibilities.

Made it all the way down to 33 here. I’m still getting used to this level of radiational cooling after living within the UHI for the vast majority of my life, NYC’s climate doesn’t behave like this lol.

Where do you live? Still sounds like some good UHI to me unless your talking way eastern Long Island or way northern New York.
