Where can I find average monthly weather conditions of different countries? (climate, averages)

I know you can find average monthly temperature quite easily, but where can you find if the average monthly weather condition for difference places is sunny/rainy/windy/stormy/etc? All I can find is daily or weekly averages, and I want to see average data overall.

For detailed weather conditions you probably need to check every country separately.

Love that first website, I used it to get average temperature, but I can't find average conditions. Something that shows an icon (sun, cloud etc) for the monthly weather averages, not just temperature. So you can get an overall feel.

That second one is quite good with its descriptions

Something like World Weather Information Service but monthly not daily.
