I managed to make it down to Canmore (near Banff) for the long weekend. The weather has been beautiful for the weekend but there's still a lot of snow left over from earlier in the week.
NC took a massive hit on cotton crops because of Florence. Although cotton farms near me in Bailey and spring hope NC fared pretty well. I was out there last night, big beautiful balls of cotton.
Our city hills in Trondheim today.
This little lake is at 382 m asl
Sunny all day today Oct 7th
View from 565 m asl, highest point in the municipality. The snowline on the border mts in the east is visible, as well as part of Trondheim city down in the valley and the fjord to the left
Ca 400 m asl, gras is ready for winter now up here
Oct 5th in my garden down in the city. Hydrangea is one of the few plants to flower in late Sep and Oct here

Mountains are covered in white, they look great.
I suspected there wasn't a full melt. Next week it should all be gone.

Everyone around here complaining about cracked Tomatoes. Such ashame because we had an extended summer so there would of been more yields this year but with 2 feet of rain since July 1st and barely any dry periods, it was a tough one for the Maters. Some potted plants got water logged too.
Quick shot documenting that fall is pretty much over in Edmonton. Just a few leaves still hanging on, this latch round of sub-freezing days will be the death knell for the stragglers.
