Well, yesterday's stormy weather stayed well north and well south of us. A lot of tornado warnings across northern Kentucky and southern Indiana. Storm surveys will be underway down there. There was one confirmed EF-2 that hit West Paducah, Kentucky, just missing the NWS office there. It was on the ground for over 16 miles. Another tornado was caught on video in northern Kentucky heading right toward Evansville, Indiana but apparently lifted before getting there. In our area, the high winds outside of the storms ripped the roof off a mobile home on the west side of Indy. Other than various power outages, I haven't heard of much damage from the winds.

3/14/19 in Indianapolis:
Cloudy with thunderstorms.
High: 71F (21.7C).
Low: 47F (8.3C).
Average: 59F (15C).
17F above normal.

Precipitation: 0.50 inches (1.27cm)
Snowfall: 0
Snow depth: 0

Today: Rain mixed with snow this morning, otherwise cloudy. High 41F (5C).
Tonight: Clearing. Low 28F (-2.2C).
Tomorrow: Sunshine. High 41F (5C).

Sunrise: 7:56 AM
Sunset: 7:51 PM

And as of 2pm we've hit 72F in Philadelphia and nearby suburbs significantly overperforming our forecast high of 65 for today. Hasn't been this warm since 1st half of October and it feels amazing, even a tad hot lol. Also glad I don't live near the Jersey shore, only 51 in Atlantic City

One of the best loops I seen in a while. View of lightning strikes north of the center of the low and along the front

Forecast was for 61. We're at 65 here. Tis the season.

I know times where 12 inches melted within days in the past in winter...

2 weeks now still around. #ShadeSnow.
