Disappointing mid-winter single-digit highs and too cool nights for the highs in summer, would need 27°C highs for a 10°C low to be adviseable. That being said, it's on par with my climate, entirely liveable.

Pljevlja is populated place with lowest amount of precipitation, and in the same time populated place with lowest sunshine and the most fog in Montenegro.
There is about 200 days in year with fog in Pljevlja.
