C.O.D.S.W.A.L.L.O.P.

So even the ranges of the Pennines and Cairngorms would fall under "Cfb"?

Not even Braemar is "Cfb", let alone the more elevated regions

Yes Braemar was Cfb and it is normally - you can't dispute this

Braemar is a slightly cooler-summer, warmer-winter variant of Kiandra, NSW—which is a subalpine (Cfc) climate.

Nor can you dispute this.

Absurd Köppen "thresholds" mean nothing. Braemar yields a rather cool annual mean temperature, with particularly cool "summers"—thereby rendering it subalpine or subpolar maritime.
